Kelly Charley from Navajo Prepatory School has been selected Kelly Charley at the White House Science Fairto participate in the White House Science Fair. Kelly participated in the IQIM summer research program in 2014. Hosted by Keith Schwab, professor of Applied Physics, students Kelly Charley, Deshna Joe, Cody Tso (returning to Caltech for a second summer) and Phyllis Martinez accompanied by teachers Kevin Keeley and Yolanda Flores spent two weeks on the Caltech campus.
Kelly Charley took the introduction to Arduino she learned during the summer and used it in her award-winning science fair project, “Using Water to Heat a Solar Hogan.” Read more about Kelly on The White House Blog.
